A community of writers and artists banded together to publish the Social Gap Experiment Anthology, and the finished project was beautiful. One person called it “a masterpiece.” So, I submitted our creative collection to a book contest.
In many ways, 2021 was a wild year! It marked poignant milestones, incredible accomplishments, bittersweet endings, and exciting new beginnings. This was a year when we got vaccinated, reunited with long lost friends, and truly realized the value of having meaningful connection in our lives.

Looking back on the last year, there’s no doubt 2020 brought tough challenges. Those challenges were unique to each one of us. I’ll be the first to admit I struggled in the chaos — my own writing and aurora chasing nearly came to a halt. But in the midst of it all, we kept going….
