Live Aurora Alerts

Working with my team and volunteer spotters, I provide free live Aurora Alerts in Michigan and in the Great Lakes Region via the Telegram App, with two services launched in 2025.

Shape of the Sky Book Project

A new project to publicize the talents of the community is taking shape! The publishing project ends with the Final Deadline on August 15th, and is slated to produce a hardcover book of Aurora photography, due out in 2027.

Creating the Michigan Aurora Chasers Website

Established in 2021, the Michigan Aurora Chasers social media group quickly became a go-to resource for Northern Lights. In Fall 2024, I also built a free, public resource, making the official MichiganAuroraChasers.com website available to all.

U.S. Aurora Chasers

In an effort to unite Aurora Chasers across the U.S., I created the U.S. Aurora Chasers Facebook Group on July 24, 2026. The community uses Live Sightings to help people catch the Northern Lights, with a focus on the lower 48 states and surrounding areas.
