I’m thrilled to announce that I was selected for a volunteer opportunity as a NASA Social Media Ambassador, slated for early February!
Soon, I’ll be southbound to share live updates from the Kennedy Space Center during NASA’s launch of the Solar Orbiter. Photo courtesy of NASA.

Sound very exciting, but any venture in social media is a lot of work. I hope this volunteer position leads to something extraordinary with pay.
Thank you! It’s only a few days, and it will be well worth it. I have a very rewarding full-time position at a university, managing communications and social media. I also volunteer my time for passion projects and my path to publication with fiction. One of these passion projects is the Aurora Summit, a conference I co-founded with two others. It all comes together in rewarding ways!
That makes a lot of sense. It all sounds very exciting.
